In 2007, several European manufacturers of Natural and Organic Cosmetics joined forces and founded NATRUE.
Others have joined since and we already represent a big part of the European Natural and Cosmetics market. With Burt's Bees we recently welcomed our first member from the US and we are expecting many more to join.
We pursue a common goal: to safeguard and promote pure, authentic natural beauty and skin care products. Based in Brussels, our secretariat works passionately to fulfill our mission.
It reports to the NATRUE board who decides on NATRUE's main activities and priorities. And the members of the board are just as passionate. They are true visionaries. Many are founding members of companies that pioneered our sector long before it reached the popularity it has gained today.
For these companies, harmony with nature is not a marketing add-on. It is their reason for being.
