In the context of my professional experience with consumers I came to understand that conventional cosmetics have two major drawbacks: after some months of usage they will often cause some reaction in the skin or they will lose their properties and "benefits" because the skin gets used to the ingrideents. It is for this reason that I started to become interested in natural cosmetics. Natural ingredients are less aggressive and they are always a little different.
