Careful processing of natural, unmodified raw materials of plant origin into natural and effective fresh cosmetic products has a long-standing tradition at Calendula Nativ.

Angelika Böhme, the founder of Calendula Nativ, has been fascinated with plants ever since she was a child.

Angelika Böhme's grandmother noticed her exceptional intuition for plants at a very early age.

Together they collected herbs and flowers in the unspoilt nature of the Bavarian Allgäu mountains. The knowledge about traditional methods of processing these plants was passed on from grandmother to granddaughter.

Later in her life, this knowledge developed into an increasing passion for pure and effective fresh cosmetic products.

Today we are still able to produce traditional natural cosmetics which convey the feeling of unspoiled fresh nature.

Calendula Nativ started producing natural cosmetics in 1987

In her first shop, Angelika Böhme processed fresh raw materials into uniquely fresh cosmetic products. She paid attention to the individual skin types of her customers and offered special, effective and natural skin care to suit each one of them.

Today, special traditional production methods allow us to offer the same natural and fresh quality as before to a larger number of customers.

Right from the outset of our business up to this very day, all Calendula Nativ products are freshly made in small batches using traditional and gentle production processes.

In the development of new products, we use only natural raw materials of the highest quality which have been scientifically proven to enhance and improve the skin's functions.

These materials include pure vegetable oils, essential oils, herbal extracts and valuable vitamins.

The raw plant material is mainly of certified organic origin.

It is our company's philosophy to demand the highest quality for our products in terms of organic origin and freshness and all Calendula Nativ fresh cosmetic products are based on this philosophy.

Bereits seit Ihrer Kindheit beschäftigt sich Angelika Böhme, die Firmen Gründerin von Calendula Nativ mit Pflanzen.

Schon von Ihrer Großmutter wurde Ihr außergewöhnliches Gespür für Pflanzen erkannt.

Gemeinsam sammelten sie in der unberührten Natur des Allgäus Kräuter und Blüten.

Das Wissen über das traditionelle Weiter-verarbeiten dieser Pflanzen wurde von der Großmutter an die Enkelin weiter gegeben.

Später entwickelte sich daraus die immer größer werdende Leidenschaft reine, wirkungsvolle Frischkosmetik anzufertigen.

Auch in unserer Zeit ist es möglich, traditionelle Naturkosmetik herzustellen in der die frische Natur unverändert fühlbar ist.

Angelika Böhme verarbeitete in Ihrem ersten Laden frische Rohstoffe zu unvergleichlicher Frischkosmetik.

Sie berücksichtigte das individuelle Hautbild jedes Kunden und bot für jeden Kunden eine spezielle, wirkungsvolle & natürliche Pflege an.

Calendula Nativ ist auch Heute noch unabhängig und anders.

Calendula Nativ bleibt ein kleiner Familienbetrieb aus Überzeugung.
