Essential oil of the resilient Norway spruce has a relaxing and harmonizing effect upon body and spirit. This essential oil has the exceptional property of conveying qualities of light and warmth. The intense fragrance promotes deep breathing, which brings a renewed sense of calmness.

Usage

Add 1-2 teaspoons of Spruce Bath to a tub of warm water, and soak for 20 minutes. Special Hints: For a calming facial rinse add a few drops of Spruce Bath to a basin of warm water. Use this water as you cleanse with Dr.Hauschka Cleansing Cream or Cleansing Milk.
