Usage
After cleansing with Dr.Hauschka Cleansing Cream or Cleansing Milk, apply the contents of 1 or 2 ampules to the face, including eyelids, lips, neck, earlobes and décolleté. Apply Dr.Hauschka Rhythmic Conditioner, Sensitive as needed and at night until sensitive condition improves.
Directions
Twist off flat tab at top of ampule. Empty contents into palm of hand and lightly press onto skin until all of the liquid is absorbed. Preservative-free. Use entire contents and discard ampule. Do not save opened ampules for later use.
Holistic Night Routine
Dr.Hauschka Skin Care's oil-free approach to nighttime skin care respects the skin's inherent wisdom. Heavy, oily night creams do not allow the skin to "breathe" and can inhibit the skin's natural functions when it is most active. At night after cleansing, apply only a non-oily Dr.Hauschka Rhythmic Conditioner, Facial Toner or Clarifying Toner.
Skin that is accustomed to heavy night creams may feel tight or dry during the transition to Dr.Hauschka's oil-free night routine. Dr.Hauschka Rejuvenating Mask treatments in the late afternoon or early evening can help ease this temporary condition.

Anwendung
Hautkur über 28 Tage mehrmals im Jahr als fettfreie Nachtpflege anstelle von Dr.Hauschka Gesichtstonikum oder Dr.Hauschka Gesichtstonikum Spezial anwenden. Als Regel gilt: pro Lebensjahrzehnt eine Ampullenkur im Jahr, beispielsweise im Alter von 30 Jahren drei Kuren im Jahr durchführen.
Die Dr.Hauschka Hautkuren helfen zudem, wenn Sie Ihre Pflege auf die fettfreie Nachtpflege umstellen oder wenn Ihre Haut gereizt reagiert. Auch bei Sonnenunverträglichkeiten und Sonnenbrand mildert Dr.Hauschka Hautkur Sensitiv den ersten Hitzestau; der Juckreiz und das unangenehme Brennen verschwinden bereits kurz nach dem Auftragen.
