A NEW NATRUE APPROVED CERTIFIER IN ITALY WITH BRANCHES IN POLAND AND USA
CSQA, a certification and inspection body established in Italy in 1990, has become a NATRUE Approved Certifier in May 2021. CSQA is a pioneer in certification activities in Italy with broad experience in the certification to diverse standards qualifying product aspects related to sustainability, quality and social responsibility, among others.
Dr Mark Smith, NATRUE’s Director General, commented on this news: “With the addition of CSQA, our global network of NATRUE Approved Certifiers is greatly strengthened. CSQA’s experience and knowledge will positively contribute not only to keep promoting the NATRUE Label in the Italian market, but also in newer markets such as Poland and USA, where there is an increasing interest for natural and organic cosmetics. With over 30 years of experience as certifiers and auditors, we are happy to have CSQA as a reliable partner to carry out the certification with the NATRUE Label.”
WHO IS CSQA?
CSQA is a certification and inspection body formed in Italy in 1990 from a long established and prestigious institute of biotechnology. The certification of Italian companies active in the food sector begun with CSQA, which was the first institution to be accredited by the National accreditation body (Accredia) and authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture for the monitoring of products with Registered Designation of Origin (PDO, PGI, TSG). Today, CSQA carries out certification, assessment, inspection and training activities in diverse sectors, ranging from Agro-Food and Packaging to Consumer Goods, Organic Products, etc. With offices in Italy and abroad, more than 200 employees and 400 professional auditors carry out CSQA’s certification and inspection audits over 30 countries around the world.
THE WORK OF CSQA IN THE COSMETICS SECTOR
